Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric & Ginger Smoothie Recipes                     



1/2 frozen banana
10 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 large handful of frozen peaches
1 teaspoon of organic turmeric
½ teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of raw honey or more to taste.
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 handful arugula
1 handful of spinach and kale
½ inch fresh ginger peeled ginger root
1 1/5 cups of coconut water and green tea
1 teaspoon organic turmeric ground powder
Water & ice to blend

1 large ripe peeled banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup frozen or fresh pineapple
½ tablespoon fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon of organic turmeric
½ cup of carrot juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Digestive smoothie Ingredients;

2 cups of coconut milk
1 banana
½ cup mango
¼ avocado
1 small lemon peeled
1 inch fresh ginger
2 cups kale
1 teaspoon organic turmeric

Blend until creamy in high speed blender.
